About Rachael's Rovers For eight years, Rachael's Rovers has been providing trusted, skilled pet care to families throughout Saskatoon. We offer dog walking, cat care, and overnight pet sitting, helping pet parents travel and work with confidence knowing their pets are in caring hands.

We believe exceptional pet care is built on reliability, communication, and genuine connection. Every visit is an opportunity to make both pets and their owners feel cared for.

The Role

As a Care Partner, you'll have the flexibility to accept the bookings that work best for your schedule. Job opportunities are shared through our team chat, allowing you to build a schedule that fits your lifestyle.

Whether you're a student, work another part-time job, or simply want meaningful work with flexibility, this role is designed to fit around your availability.

Most Care Partners complete approximately:

- 10 dog walks or drop-in visits each month
- and/or one overnight pet sitting booking

Services You'll Provide

Dog Walking

- On-leash walks in clients' neighbourhoods
- Fresh water, treats (when permitted), and plenty of attention

Cat Visits

- Feeding and fresh water
- Litter box cleaning
- Playtime, companionship,



and medication when required

Overnight Pet Sitting

- Staying in a client's home while they're away
- Maintaining pets' normal routines and providing overnight companionship

What We're Looking For The ideal Care Partner is someone who:

- Has experience caring for dogs and cats, either personally or professionally
- Is dependable and takes commitments seriously
- Communicates professionally with both clients and teammates
- Is comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, navigation, and visit updates
- Enjoys working independently while still being part of a supportive team

Requirements

- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Valid driver's licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance requirements
