Duties

- Oversee daily food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish served
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a collaborative team environment
- Manage food handling procedures in compliance with safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering supplies, and manage stock to minimize waste
- Lead by example in food presentation, portion control, and adherence to recipes to uphold brand standards




- Enforce food safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health regulations

Requirements

- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or food service setting with robust leadership skills
- Extensive food preparation and cooking experience across various cuisines and techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong restaurant management skills, including inventory control, order management, and staff scheduling
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure high-quality service
