Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher -ITto foster a nurturing and engaging learning setting for young children. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children, including those with diverse needs. This role involves designing age-appropriate activities, supporting children's developmental milestones, and collaborating with families to promote a positive educational experience.

Duties

- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children
- Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting developmental milestones and behavioral patterns
- Support children's social-emotional growth through positive guidance and caregiving strategies
- Collaborate with colleagues, families, and specialists to support individual needs, including working with children with disabilities
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, activities, and assessments
- Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and health & safety standards




- Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education best practices

Experience

- Prior classroom experience working with young children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to early childhood development stages
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles, including child development theories and age-specific activities
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, colleagues, and community partners
