Drive EHS compliance at Aecon as an Audit Specialist. Oversee and enhance audit processes while fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. As a key member of the team, the EHS Audit Specialist reports to the DNNP EHS Director.

Your responsibilities will encompass planning and conducting audits to evaluate compliance with regulatory and corporate standards while identifying risks and areas for enhancement. You’ll also provide subject expertise and support the implementation of corrective actions across various business operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute EHS audits across multiple sites
- Develop audit protocols and methodologies for compliance
- Lead in office evaluations and report findings
- Monitor audit effectiveness and suggest improvements
- Communicate recommendations to stakeholders Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
- 5–10 years in EHS auditing or compliance
- Knowledge of EHS regulations and standards
- Strong analytic and communication skills
