Our client, a leading national multi-discipline engineeringfirm, is seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer/Designer to jointheir dynamic Building Services team. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will play an integral part in the fullelectrical design and project delivery process, including:

- Designingand developing electrical systems for commercial, retail, institutional,and industrial buildings.

- Preparingdetailed electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications using AutoCADand Revit.

- Completingelectrical construction drawing packages and supporting contractadministration through construction.

- Conductingsite reviews, load calculations (HV & LV), lighting design, lightingcontrols, power distribution, and fire alarm system design.

- Designingemergency power systems, security systems, and IT infrastructure.

- Coordinatingwith mechanical, structural, and architectural disciplines to deliverintegrated solutions.

- Participatingin utility coordination, negotiations,



and ensuring compliance with codes,standards, and client requirements.

- Supportingproject delivery from concept design through final construction review.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 5+years of experience in electrical engineering/design within commercial,retail, institutional, or industrial sectors.

- Degreein Electrical Engineering or a Building Sciences / Electrical EngineeringTechnology diploma (equivalent international education accepted).

- Proficiencyin AutoCAD and Revit.

- Experiencewith electrical design software such as AGI32, ETAP, SKM (asset).

- Strongunderstanding of the Canadian Electrical Code and relevant building codes.

- Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills, including technical reportwriting.

- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Compensation Transparency

The expected compensation range for this role is $75 000– $110 000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.Benefits and other company specific perks will be included.
