America operates over 450 locations across the U.Systems Maintenance : Perform comprehensive electrical maintenance and advanced troubleshooting on complex plant equipment.

Inspection & Repair : Inspect, test, and repair electrical systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum safety and operational efficiency.

Emergency Response: Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime and restore operations.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the maintenance team to support and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Technical Documentation : Maintain accurate records of work performed, system modifications, and parts inventory.

Certification: Must possess a valid Red Seal Industrial Electrician certificate.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of industrial electrical systems, controls, and medium-voltage safety standards.

Diagnostic Skills: Expert ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex electrical issues efficiently. Highly skilled in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.

Teamwork: Strong communication skills with the ability to function effectively within a multidisciplinary maintenance team.

Industry Experience:



Previous experience in the Cement Industry or heavy industrial manufacturing is preferred. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older to apply. This role operates primarily in heavy industrial environments.
