As a Lead Staff Electrical Engineer, you will research, design, and shape the future of electrical systems used in mission-critical applications.
Your work will span automatic transfer switches, VFDs, and motor controllers, ensuring repeatable and reliable production designs. Collaborate closely with multi-discipline teams while driving electrical safety and regulatory compliance throughout the development phases. Key Responsibilities:
- Design complete electrical architecture for current products
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and codes
- Conduct research and validate electrical systems for production
- Manage standardized product development from prototype to release
