With over ten years in the ski industry and five years of leadership experience, you will manage logistics, staff, and guest relations, ensuring best-in-class experiences. Must reside in Revelstoke for eight months each year, while remote work is an option during off-peak times. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct the recruitment and scheduling of ski guides
- Oversee aviation logistics and scheduling
- Maintain compliance with safety and inspection protocols
- Foster collaboration across lodge and operational teams
- Manage local and provincial regulatory relationships Requirements:
- Background in ski operations for 10 years
- CAA Avalanche Operations Level 1 or equivalent
- Recent first aid certification
- Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
