Be an integral part of YVR’s safety efforts as an Emergency Management Specialist. Your focus will be on delivering comprehensive emergency preparedness training and managing critical plans. In this permanent, full-time role, you will lead YVR’s Emergency Management Program, working with various federal and provincial agencies. This position requires a solid leader to develop training programs and coordinate emergency responses across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead incident evaluations and stakeholder engagement
- Develop work plans for emergency response gaps
- Deliver training for YVR staff and emergency partners
- Enhance collaborative response capacity with community partners
- Create impactful training content with innovative approaches Requirements:
- Minimum three years’ operational experience; two in emergency roles
- Expertise in adult training and public presentations
- Comprehensive knowledge of emergency management best practices
- Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
