You will conduct experiments, process clinical samples, and maintain meticulous records, all while contributing to the overall success of the research projects. Engage in collaborative team discussions to translate findings into impactful health solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze independent research studies
- Maintain accurate records of clinical samples and inventory
- Oversee daily lab operations for efficiency and productivity
- Develop and implement lab policies and SOPs
- Promote a collaborative and protected laboratory environment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related life sciences
- Experience with cell culture and molecular biology techniques
- Familiarity with biosafety practices, organoids preferred
- Proven laboratory management experience
