The Employment Services

Officer plays a crucial role in equipping clients with the skills necessary to transition successfully into the labor market. This position involves conducting assessments, offering tailored employment counseling, and facilitating workshops that foster essential soft skills. You will collaborate with professionals and community partners to enhance the effectiveness of our services, all with a commitment to culturally sensitive support. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide one-on-one and group employment counseling
- Facilitate skill-building workshops for clients




- Develop employment action plans tailored to client needs
- Critique resumes and guide online presence development
- Advocate for clients in skills training and support areas Requirements:
- Business Degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication skills, Arabic would be an asset
- Knowledge of local labor market trends
