Are you a senior D365 Engagement Manager with a track record of success delivering Dynamics or ERP implementations?

We are seeking a agile and client-centric Engagement Manage r to lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) and Customer Engagement (CE) implementations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end customer relationship, managing scope, ensuring solution delivery excellence, and aligning business value with client priorities. You will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing all aspects of project delivery and client satisfaction across ERP and CRM workstreams.

Client Relationship Management

Manage stakeholder expectations and drive customer satisfaction. Oversee a portfolio of Dynamics 365 implementation and transformation programs from initiation through deployment. Ensure scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk objectives are achieved.

Coordinate activities across business, functional, technical, and project teams. Collaborate with Solution Architects and Delivery Leads to ensure successful solution execution. Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.

Support change management and organizational adoption initiatives.



Support account planning, opportunity development, and proposal activities. Financial & Contract Management Manage contract compliance, scope management, and change requests. 10+ years of experience in ERP/CRM delivery, including 5+ years leading D365 F&O; and/or CE programs ~ Demonstrated success managing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 implementations ($1M+) ~ Strong understanding of financials, supply chain, sales, service, and/or customer experience domains ~ Exceptional client-facing and executive communication skills ~ Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, Power Platform, and related ISVs ~ Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery ~ Experience in a consulting environment or a similar fast-paced industry ~ An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability ~ Knowledge of change and problem management, and the ability to anticipate risks ~ Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders ~ Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects Certified Scrum Master Career Growth – Permanent staff positions, paid training, career life planning, and relocation and travel opportunities Interesting Work – Be part of exciting projects while accessing all the latest technologies Flexible Setting – A workplace that values the importance of flexibility for personal/professional growth, happiness, and wellness Long View’s mission of building the best and most sustainable team-driven organization requires dedicated and ambitious people.
