- Review construction plans and engineering designs for compliance
- Prepare technical reports and communicate findings
- Provide technical advice to engineers and external agencies
- Manage pre-construction meetings and stakeholder communications
- Conduct onsite inspections and audits for quality assurance Requirements:
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Technology
- Minimum four years' municipal engineering experience
- Certified Engineering Technologist (CET) registration
- Class 3 Blasters License or eligibility
