Duties
- Perform professional skincare treatments including facials, exfoliations, and extractions tailored to individual client needs
- Provide specialized services such as eyelash extensions, waxing, and other aesthetic procedures with precision and care
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and aftercare to ensure optimal results
- Assist at the front desk by greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and managing client records efficiently
- Drive retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products and upselling additional services to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain a clean,
sanitized treatment area following health and safety protocols at all times
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat visits and positive reviews
Skills
- Proven experience in performing eyelash extensions and other advanced esthetic treatments
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere for all clients
- Effective communication skills to explain treatments clearly and answer client questions thoroughly
- Ability to handle front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling and client check-in/out processes
- Knowledge of current skincare trends, techniques, and products to provide expert advice
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for helping clients look and feel their best
