Title: EUCS Cloud Infrastructure Engineer 12+ month contract Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite/in office presence 3x/week) The End User Content Solutions (EUCS) squad designs, delivers, and supports enterprise SaaS platforms including Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms, and SIMPL—***’s internal SaaS onboarding and lifecycle management platform. As a hands-on Senior Engineer in the EUCS squad, you will deeply involve in design, implementation, and L3 support. Improve platform reliability through automation, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.

Ensure compliance with risk, security, change management, and operational standards. Participate in an engineering on‐call rotation (approximately 1 week every 8 weeks) to support production platforms. NET and C#. ~ Box, Google Workspace, Qualtrics, Microsoft 365),



including onboarding, lifecycle management, and automation. ~ Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, with hands-on experience in web proxy and load-balancing technologies. ~ Transparent, confident communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and hands-on experience applying DevOps practices, including Git-based version control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
