HBH Group - Hungry Brew Hops, Lil Hops Tavern, Hop Bop Noodle Shop and Hoppin' Good Eats is currently seeking an Events Coordinator.

The Event Coordinator oversees all onsite details for executing events and troubleshoots event problems. This role serves as a liaison and contact person for coordination of details for events with clients, meeting planners and other parties involved in any specific event. Oversee the events by being onsite to ensure the professional execution of services and offerings including performing all the closing formalities.

- Deal with any guest comments and address questions and concerns. Build customer relationships.
- Maintaining an effective working relationships through a positive team attitude with superiors, peers, subordinates, and guests and other support staff as required.
- Collaborating and helping the Bartenders and Kitchen staff with operating during the event as required.
- Conduct regular walk-through to ensure that all event areas and venues are clean and meet required standards.




- Maintain and follow all the closing procedures. Follow other duties as assigned
- Compliance with all safety regulations of assigned tasks, and ensure a clean and safe working setting with active participation in the health and safety program.
- Adhere to all environmental policies and programs as required like noise violation, firework (Strictly Prohibited) and others as declared.

Preferred
- Must have a flexible work schedule, availability for days, evenings and weekends.
- Smart Serve and Food Handlers certification preferred
- Computer literate with MS Office applications, Eventbrite, Canva and event experience
- Professional and high standards of personal appearance, hygiene, and etiquette.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $46,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
