Key Responsibilities:



• Collaborate on short and long-term operational strategies • Enhance program delivery and community support initiatives • Coordinate management across multiple AFCC programs • Strengthen partnerships with community stakeholders • Maintain accurate communication with the executive team

Requirements: • Extensive leadership experience in nonprofit (5-10 years) • Deep cultural understanding of urban Indigenous communities • Expertise in strategic management and compliance • Solid team collaboration and leadership background • Commitment to AFCC's mission and community service
