You will be part of an Inside Sales team responsible for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer experiences on all OPENLANE platforms. In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales expertise and contribute to revenue generation. You consistently strive to achieve sales targets and increase buyer penetration .
You have good computer skills and are proficient in using the Google Suite . Maintain 100% compliance with Salesforce utilization for accounts in your assigned book of business. Handle and close all at auction and digital if-bids, ensuring a high-level conversion rate.
Drive dealer sales growth by utilizing OPENLANE technology tools, implementing strategic ideas, and selling at auction ancillary services. Reporting to the Supervisor Inside Sales, this role will collaborate with the Dealer Relations and Outside Sales teams on a regular basis to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience within a related field.
Proficiency in Google Products and computer skills.
Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM platforms. Additional sales certifications or training. Familiarity with the automotive industry. Bilingual in English and French
