Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Experienced DTF (Direct-to-Film) Print Technician/Assistant to join our energetic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining DTF printing equipment, ensuring high-quality production standards, and assisting with various manufacturing and packaging tasks. Your mechanical knowledge and warehouse experience will be vital in supporting efficient workflows and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Responsibilities

- Operate DTF printing machinery, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal print quality.
- Prepare and load film substrates, inks, and other materials required for the printing process.
- Conduct routine maintenance on printing equipment to prevent downtime and extend machine lifespan.
- Assist with the transfer of printed films to curing stations and prepare finished products for packaging.
- Support warehouse operations by managing inventory of supplies, organizing materials, and ensuring accurate documentation.




- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.
- Perform quality checks on printed products to verify color accuracy, adhesion, and overall finish before packaging.

Skills

- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot printing equipment issues efficiently.
- Experience in digital printing / vinyl sign shop, particularly with digital or textile printing processes.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and packaging procedures.
- Basic machining skills useful for minor repairs or adjustments on equipment.
- Warehouse experience that supports organized workflow and inventory control.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
