We are offering temporary on-call contracts for three Food Services Officers dedicated to high-volume meal preparation.

You will ensure compliance with dietary requirements while maintaining kitchen safety standards. Solid leadership skills are integral to guiding inmate workers and fostering their kitchen skills. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve meals efficiently during shifts
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards
- Sustain cleanliness and security in the kitchen
- Utilize standard cooking techniques for diverse meals
- Direct inmate helpers through cooking and cleanup Requirements:
- Cook's certificate or equivalent volume cooking experience
- Valid First Aid and Heartsaver Certificate needed
- Understanding of kitchen equipment and food safety
