Your role will involve everything from crafting beautiful bouquets to customer service, showcasing the gorgeous locally sourced flowers we offer. Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom floral designs and bouquets on demand
- Condition and prep flowers efficiently
- Process plants and maintain visually appealing displays
- Take phone orders and communicate with customers
- Act as the first charge manager when needed Requirements:
- Minimum three years of retail floral design experience
- Knowledgeable in flower processing and care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
