As a key member of the team reporting to the National Human Resources & Safety Manager, you will drive continuous improvement in health and safety programs.

Your role emphasizes frontline support, coaching, and mentorship while conducting risk assessments and incident investigations. Your contributions aim to foster a solid safety culture and engagement among employees. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and enhance health, safety, and environmental programs
- Conduct workplace inspections and risk analyses
- Support incident investigations and corrective actions
- Manage CNESST and WCB claims processes
- Co-chair Joint Health and Safety Committee meetings Requirements:
- Over seven years in Health and Safety in manufacturing
- Post-secondary education in Occupational Health & Safety
- CRSP designation or in pursuit is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills in French and English
