This role involves working closely with Superintendents, ensuring accurate layout requirements, while maintaining equipment and project documentation. - Review blueprints and coordinate layout requirements
- Monitor layout and elevation checks throughout projects
- Maintain organized documentation and project records
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of work sites
- Operate surveying equipment with accuracy Requirements:
- Certified Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in a similar construction role
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and layout work
- Experience with Trimble Robotic Total Station
