This contract Recruiter role is crucial in our talent acquisition efforts, working two days weekly at our Gananoque facility with remote flexibility.

You will partner closely with hiring managers, sourcing candidates for operations and distribution. Your expertise ensures positive candidate experiences, supporting diverse talent pipelines through strategic outreach and project management. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute full lifecycle recruiting for manager-level and below positions
- Proactively pipeline talent from diverse local resources
- Gather industry trends to inform search strategies




- Assess candidates through competency-based screenings
- Create a positive candidate experience and resolve problems Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings
- Experience in operations or high-volume recruiting preferred
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills
