Join our team as an Experienced Stationary Engineer in a bustling industrial plant. This role emphasizes monitoring systems, maintaining equipment, and training future engineers. In this position, you will engage directly with power generation equipment, needing a solid background in plant operations and safety protocols. The role focuses on maintaining station records and streams while requiring a commitment to in office work in a noisy environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and document operational logs and records
- Oversee plant equipment for malfunctions
- Operate hydro and thermal power systems
- Instruct apprentices on maintenance procedures
- Write and develop operational reports Requirements:
- Minimum of two years on-site experience
- Valid Stationary Engineer 'B' certification
- WHMIS and forklift certifications required
- Dependable with strong communication skills
- Own vehicle for transport and potential travel Leverage your engineering expertise to uphold safety and system efficiency in our manufacturing operations.
