Experienced Veterinary Practice Manager (Highbury)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth clinic performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve goals and KPIs
- Manage HR functions including scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training new staff
- Learn and remain proficient in all clinic roles to effectively train, support, and cross‑cover team members as needed
- Handle escalated client situations with professionalism and care
- Collaborate with practice owners to implement strategic priorities

Qualifications

- 1–2 years of veterinary management experience required
- CVPM certification preferred, not required
- Experience managing 5+ team members in a client‑focused setting




- Solid coaching, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Positive, growth‑minded attitude and ability to work independently

Schedule & Compensation

Full‑time: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Sundays closed)

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
