FYidoctors, a division of FYihealth group, is seeking a friendly front-desk assistant to join our Grande Prairie clinic. You will welcome patients, provide outstanding customer service and help create a positive patient experience while guiding eyewear choices.

You will interpret prescriptions from the optometrist, assist with frame measurements and fittings, handle contact lens orders, and support bookings, billing, and communications with patients by phone and email.
