The Families First Home

Visitor engages with families of young children through home visiting efforts, promoting safety and well-being while connecting them to community resources. Candidates should possess relevant experience with children ages 0-5 and a background in supportive education or community work. Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct strength-based home visits to families
- Support positive parent-child interactions and development




- Implement evidence-informed curriculum activities
- Collaborate with Public Health Nurses for guidance
- Connect families to relevant community resources Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience with families, ages 0-5
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Certification in early childhood or social services preferred
- Initiative and teamwork skills
