Family Physician Opportunity – Join Our Thriving Medical Team in Beautiful West Kelowna!

Towne Centre Medical Clinic is a well-established community clinic that has been serving the region for over 25 years. We are seeking a Family Physician to join our group practice in an under-serviced community of approximately 41,000 residents. This is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding practice in a supportive, collaborative setting.

Role & Responsibilities

- Accept new patients and provide longitudinal care.
- Conduct family practice phone calls and in-person visits, managing health issues as they arise.
- Complete thorough EMR documentation of all encounters using Accuro, and manage results in accordance with College guidelines.
- Work within our clinic hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am-4 pm) and set your own schedule.
- Participate in team coverage for vacations, illnesses, and absences to ensure continuity of care.

Compensation

Compensation Type Fee-for-Service Estimated Remuneration $200,000 - $450,000 Billing Split 75/25

Benefits and Incentives

- Vacation Leave 8-10 weeks
- Other Benefits/Incentives The 75/25 split exists to cover overhead costs ( lease, staff, EMR, janitorial etc ). Under the longitudinal family practice model*, each physician retains 100% of his or her panel payments. Physicians cover each other's patients; physicians can cover labs while away if that is needed or they can continue to do their own (their preference).
