As a Family Wellness Post Majority Support Worker, you will work alongside a dedicated team to provide much-needed support for young individuals and their families. Your focus will be on developing, implementing, and evaluating programs tailored to community needs, all while adhering to established policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

- Support youth aged 18-26 emotionally and mentally
- Assist in developing and evaluating wellness programs




- Collaborate with the Family Wellness Team daily
- Ensure compliance with First Nation policies
