Job Duties

- Prepare and irrigate soil
- Operate tractors, air seeders, combines, grain carts, augers and other agricultural machinery used in grain production.
- Plant, fertilize, thin and harvest crops
- Load, unload and transfer crates, supplies, farm produce and products for transport.
- Assist with general farm maintenance and maintenance of equipment and tools




- Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas while following workplace safety procedures.
- May perform other grain farming and general farm labour duties.

Job Requirements

- No English is required
- Working long hours during seeding, spraying and harvesting
- Punctual
- Good attitude
- Experience is an asset but not required as we will train
- Willing to work in all weather conditions
- Able to lift 50lbs repeatedly
- Previous driving experience is an asset
- Team player
- Can work independently
