Rare Events is looking for friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team for the following event:

Great Outdoors Comedy Festival on August 28, 29, 30 in Vancouver, BC (Stanley Park - Brockton Point). We pay a competitive wage of at least $33.25/hr (minimum wage + guaranteed tips, which could bring the wage even higher).

We are currently hiring for a number of different positions, including:

- Drink/Food Runners (Servers)
- Bartenders
- Bar Assistants (BA's)
- Hawkers
- Expeditors

Requirements:





- Must be 19+ years of age.
- Must have a valid Serving It Right certificate (or will be willing to complete this course online within 48 hours of being hired). For more information on Serving it Right, click here.
- Must be available to work 1 shift on each day of the event.
- Bartending and/or serving experience is an asset, but not required. We are looking for candidates with the right attitude and customer service experience.

On-site responsibilities will vary based on the position that candidates are hired for.
