Lead the Field Communications team at Pembina Pipeline Corporation in Sherwood Park, Alberta. This supervisor role focuses on telecommunications systems and team leadership in a fast-paced workplace. In this supervisory position, you will report to the Manager of Field Communications and enhance Pembina’s telecommunications infrastructure.

You will integrate new pipeline facilities into existing systems and ensure compliance with safety regulations. A key part of your role will be mentoring telecommunications technologists and driving the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a team of telecommunications technologists
- Oversee Field Communications projects and approval processes




- Maintain and improve telecommunications procedures and documentation
- Ensure reliability of field communications supporting SCADA systems
- Collaborate with field operations and engineering teams Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in a technical field
- Experience in telecommunications with progressive responsibility
- Strong understanding of networking and communication systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
