Job Summary

We’re looking for motivated, ambitious individuals to join our door-to-door sales team as independent contractors for the upcoming season in Medicine Hat and the surrounding area. This is a commission-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential, designed for people who are driven, competitive, and eager to develop valuable business and communication skills.

No previous sales experience is required. We value a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn above all else. Comprehensive training is provided before the season begins, with ongoing coaching and mentorship throughout the entire contract.

Duties & Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners and represent local businesses in a professional manner.
- Generate leads and close sales through face-to-face interactions.
- Answer customer questions and overcome objections with confidence.
- Work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Continuously improve sales, communication, and leadership skills.
