Leverage your skills and experience to learn a new industry in high demand while receiving strong compensation. We’re seeking smart, motivated professionals with solid work experience. No calibration experience required.

We provide free (paid time) training in the classroom, in our laboratory, and in the field to assure that you can support customers successfully and confidently. You will learn how to calibrate a wide array of test and measurement instruments from various disciplines including but not limited to dimensional, mechanical, electrical, thermodynamic, force, and time devices. In the process, you’ll see many of the world’s leading manufacturing facilities across aerospace, medical device, consumer electrical, and many other industries.

- Keep manufacturers up and running.
- Use sophisticated test equipment to verify and certify the accuracy of customer test and measurement equipment and document the results using software/database systems.
- Take great care in managing technical information accurately and thoroughly on electronic documentation.
- Provide great and efficient customer service.
- Execute sequences for job planning, job opening, job execution, job situations, and job closing.
- Coordinate with customer contacts to successfully calibrate their equipment without disturbing their production operation.
- Adapt to changes as needed to assure optimal outcomes.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Create reports for services performed.
- Other possible assignments may be available when/if practical, including but not limited to assisting our Internal Engineering Support team or logistical support roles.

Requirements/Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree. Engineering, physics, or similar major preferred.
- Previous work experience or technical training a plus.
- English (fluent)
- Skilled planning and scheduling of your work and equipment.
- Superior organizational skills.




- Flexible – able to adapt, sometimes last minute, to schedule changes, customer requirements, equipment lists, etc.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills. Promote strong relationships and good company image through positive and effective communication with customers, coworkers, etc.
- Positive attitude with positive, productive, professional, and team-oriented mindset toward all stakeholders, such as coworkers, customers, employer, vendors, self, etc.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and drive with a team-focused mentality.
- Always be searching for a better way to do things and propose meaningful improvements to help other stakeholders, whether other field service team members, other departments, or customer contacts.
- Reliably execute somewhat complex processes once you have been taught and had a chance to learn multiple times/ways.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions to prepare accurate documents.
- Able to perform basic math reliably and consistently without mistakes.
- Ability to multitask – handle several activities occurring simultaneously such as technical work, documentation, and customer interaction, and complete them all on time and without errors.
- Ability to lift 70 lbs.
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, web browser, and proprietary software).
- Punctuality.
- Available to work varied daytime hours Monday-Friday, some weekends, and infrequent but occasional overnight travel.
- Reliable and suitable vehicle for traveling to onsite jobs with equipment. Mileage reimbursement provided.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Prior data entry, calibration, machining, QC, engineering, science, and/or related technical experience or training strongly valued but not required.
- Ability to pass a drug test, background check, skills tests, and eye exam including visual acuity and the ability to differentiate colors effectively required.
