Job #5077 – Our client, a well-established and highly respected independent not-for-profit organization, is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a full-time contract (ending March 2028). You will act as a trusted strategic advisor, partnering with operational leaders and cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting. You will play a key role in the quarterly forecasting cycle, mid-year and year-end financial reviews, and the annual budgeting process, delivering meaningful analysis and insights that enable informed decision-making and support organizational objectives.

You bring a strategic mindset with the ability to evaluate both short- and long-term financial impacts, build strong partnerships across the organization, and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance and support business priorities. The main responsibilities include:Partnering with program leaders to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-makingExplaining financial information clearly and acting as a trusted finance contact for questions and guidanceSupporting managers through budget, quarterly, and year-end review cycles, highlighting key risks and opportunitiesPreparing and reviewing financial reports, projections, reconciliations, and adjustments to ensure accuracyProviding financial analysis to support business cases, funding requests,
