Senior Financial Controller Saskatoon, SK - In office The Finance Group is partnering with a growing engineering and environmental consulting organization to recruit a Senior Financial Controller. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, project-based business where you'll do much more than oversee financial reporting. As a strategic finance leader, you'll partner with operations to strengthen financial performance, improve project profitability, optimize ERP systems and processes, and provide the insights that drive business decisions.

Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, forecasts, and variance analysis Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning Project Accounting & Business Performance Project costing Project profitability analysis Financial performance reporting Systems & Process Improvement Improve financial processes, reporting,



and internal controls Standardize reporting across multiple business units Drive efficiencies through automation and continuous improvement Mentor and support the finance team Help create alignment around financial reporting and performance metrics CPA designation required ~5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience ~ Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis experience ~ Experience in a project-based, consulting, engineering, construction, or professional services environment is highly preferred ~ Strong understanding of project accounting, utilization, WIP, labour recovery, and project profitability ~ Experience with ERP implementations or optimization initiatives is considered a strong asset ~ Advanced Excel and financial systems experience #
