OpenTable is seeking a strategic and operationally-minded Director of FP&A; to lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis for our core operational investments Located in our Toronto office, this role will have primary ownership over the company’s Operating Expenses (OpEx), Capital Expenditures (CapEx), and Commissions modeling and structures Reporting to the VP, FP&A;, you will act as a key business partner to departmental heads, ensuring disciplined resource allocation, optimization of capital investments, and the implementation of commission plans that align with corporate growth objectives OpEx Management & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes for global operating expenses. Develop robust ROI models for major technology, infrastructure, and facilities investments to guide executive decision-making Serve as a trusted financial advisor to operational leadership, translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive strategic initiatives Deliver clear monthly and quarterly financial review packages focusing on spend efficiency, capital deployment, and incentive plan effectiveness for senior leadership Process & Systems Improvement:
