Senior Financial Analyst

This position is responsible for financial analysis for the Food Basics and Pharmacy divisions, with significant involvement in the annual budgeting process. This includes preparation, review and analysis of period end statements, reports and presentations intended for senior management. Preparation of various journal entries into SAP for assigned segments of the organization.

Ad hoc analysis and reporting. Involvement in annual by store budgeting for assigned accounts. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and commitments consistent with international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Develop and maintain effective business partner relationships with Pharmacy Team, Food Basics Stores Managers, and other areas of business. College diploma or University studies in business/finance/accounting 3 – 5 years related work experience Enrolled in a senior level of the CPA program Advanced computer skill: PC-based applications, including TM1 database, MS Office (especially excel), and SAP.
