We are seeking a highly-skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance team and play a key role in driving accurate financial reporting and strategic financial planning.

Full time Permanent

Hybrid, 4 days in office

Prepare accurate and quality period-end Management reporting and provide variance analyses against forecast, plan and prior year for Senior Management, Operations and Clinics

Prepare and take ownership of month-end close journal entries and process improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (within and outside of Finance) to address discrepancies and streamline reporting processes, as well as to gather relevant data and insights for financial analysis

Payroll analysis; hourly, salary,



fee for service and indirect labour costs by clinic for cost-saving opportunities or capacity underutilization

Work closely with clinic leaders to ensure that initiatives are properly built in the plan and forecasts

Adhoc reports, analyses and other duties as assigned

4+ years experience working in finance

Must be able to provide sound analysis and comparisons with some guidance

Advanced computer skills in Excel; working knowledge of Power BI and macros an asset

CPA, CFA, or similar finance/accounting designation is considered an asset

University degree in Business, Accounting, Commerce or related field
