Responsibilities

- Oversee daily financial operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for three companies
- Lead budgeting and forecasting to support business decisions
- Manage and forecast cash flow to meet operational needs
- Maintain internal controls for compliance and asset protection
- Handle tax planning, compliance, and return submissions
- Coordinate annual audits and respond to auditor inquiries
- Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to leadership
- Supervise AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Improve financial operations through policies and procedures




- Lead and develop the finance team
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders
- Identify and manage financial risks

Qualifications

- CPA or equivalent with 5+ years in a similar role
- Proficient in QBO and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator with leadership skills
- Quick decision-maker with creative solutions
- Discreet with confidential information
- Works well under pressure and meets deadlines
