- Manage day-to-day operations in assigned outlet
- Deliver performance reviews for team members
- Assign staff work assignments and ensure coverage
- Monitor and report guest experience issues
- Ensure compliance with operational regulations Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in hospitality preferred
- At least two years of supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and POS systems
