supervise and manage the day to day operations on site - Supervisions of operators and labourers to ensure schedules and timelines are met - Assist with troubleshooting - Ensure equipment is maintained at the highest standards, in a timely manner - Conduct performance and quality checks according to procedure - Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety program, and encourage all employees, subcontractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture - This is a general responsibilities list and does not include all responsibilities required of the position Foreman Qualifications:
- Must have between (5) and (10) years' experience as a Foreman (Water & Sewer).
- Must have previous supervisory experience - Must be proficient with CAT E.T., S.I.S., Komatsu, Prosis and Service Advisor - Ability to read/troubleshoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics - Must be open to recent learning experiences - Exceptional organization and cleanliness skills are REQUIRED Sureway Construction Group is an equal opportunity employer.
