Who you are

- Excellent written communication, with the ability to understand unfamiliar topics quickly and communicate them clearly

- Experience supporting enterprise or OEM sales, partnerships, procurement or technical licensing

- Strong organisation and follow-through across multiple workstreams

- Experience in a Founder's Associate, startup operations, consulting or another generalist role

- Attention to detail. You notice the small things that matter and take pride in getting them right
- An interest in health technology, deep tech or regulated industries

- Good judgement. You know when to make decisions independently and when to ask for input

- Familiarity with CRM systems, Notion and automation tools

- Intellectual curiosity. You enjoy learning new things, asking good questions, and becoming effective in unfamiliar domains
- An interest in both commercial execution and company operations. You enjoy moving between research, coordination, process design and practical administration

- Comfort with ambiguity. You can create structure where there isn't one yet and stay organised as priorities evolve
- A desire to work in an early-stage company, where the work changes quickly and no two weeks look quite the same

- We are open to candidates with different levels of experience. The scope of the role and the level of autonomy will reflect your experience and development

What the job involves

- You will work directly with the founders across commercial execution, company operations and high-priority projects

- Your role is to make sure important work moves forward, whether that means preparing for an OEM meeting, building an internal process, coordinating follow-up, or taking ownership of a cross-functional project

- As the company grows, you'll have exposure to almost every part of the business, and the scope of the role will grow with it
- The role has two core areas of responsibility,

alongside a third category of high-priority projects that changes as the company evolves
- The first is commercial support:

- Our OEM partnerships are our immediate commercial priority, and progress depends on every interaction being well prepared and followed through

- You will research organisations and stakeholders, prepare briefing materials, and assemble the context the founders need for productive conversations

- Between meetings, you will track actions, coordinate follow-ups, maintain a reliable view of every opportunity, and help turn technical and commercial inputs into clear, partner-ready materials
- The founders lead the commercial discussions;

your role is to ensure they are consistently well prepared, documented and followed through

- The second is company operations:

- As we grow, we are building the internal systems and processes that allow a small team to operate efficiently

- You will take ownership of much of that work, including onboarding and offboarding, document management, leave and working policies, and the recurring operational processes that keep the company running smoothly
- The third part of the role is high-priority projects across the business

- One month this might be supporting a grant application, the next coordinating a website redesign, or assisting with data collection

- Whenever an important piece of work does not yet have a natural owner, there is a good chance it will become yours

- You will report to CEO, and work closely with CTO and CSO. You will be involved across almost every aspect of the business, including commercial partnerships, fundraising, regulatory planning, hiring and company operations. As both you and the company grow, the scope of the role will grow too

- This is a hands-on role. It combines strategic work with practical execution, and the people who thrive in it enjoy both

The application process

- Introductory conversation
- FA work sample based on a real auryx problem

- Interviews with members of the founding team

- Final conversation to discuss the role in depth

Perks

- 26 Holiday Days
