Seaway Valley Pharmacy is a locally owned, independent community pharmacy looking for an ambitious Front Store Manager who wants more than just a management job. We're looking for someone who is excited to take ownership of our front store, bring fresh ideas, and help grow the retail side of our business.

What You'll Do

- Take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of the front store.
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Develop creative merchandising strategies and seasonal promotions that drive sales.
- Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and product assortment to meet community needs.
- Create efficient staff schedules and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Build relationships with customers and become a trusted leader within the community.
- Work closely with the pharmacy team to create a seamless customer experience.
- Identify new product lines, local partnerships, and community events that help grow the business.

What We're Looking For
- Previous retail management experience (pharmacy, grocery, or other retail leadership experience is an asset).
- A self-motivated leader who enjoys taking initiative.
- Strong business mindset with an interest in increasing sales and improving operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
- Organized,



dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for supporting a locally owned business and serving the community.
