Bird is seeking a Trust and Safety specialist in Canada to manage global escalated tickets, safety incidents, and related insurance claims. You’ll investigate, coordinate with Legal, Finance, Product, and external partners, and drive continuous improvement projects to reduce T&S; issues and protect the brand.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience handling urgent issues, solid analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
