Key responsibilities include performing maintenance in occupied units, addressing tenant requests, and cleaning vacant spaces. With a focus on safety, you’ll conduct inspections and document irregularities while ensuring all preventative maintenance is completed. Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule inspections of common areas and contractor work
- Perform minor plumbing and electrical maintenance requests
- Clean and repair turnover units as needed
- Complete annual inspections of safety systems

- Three years’ experience with HVAC and BAS in residential settings
