Church is seeking a dedicated full-time Children’s & Youth Pastor to provide leadership in children's and youth ministries. In this role, you'll implement mentorship and discipleship strategies to engage children and youth in their faith journey. You will collaborate closely with church leadership and embody the principles of authentic faith in Jesus Christ. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide oversight for children’s and youth ministries
- Develop leadership and mentorship opportunities
- Motivate and engage youth and children in faith
- Collaborate with church leadership for planning
- Attend regular meetings and support services Requirements:
- Full time commitment to church leadership
- Experience in youth and children's ministry
- Gifted in team building and discipleship
- Strong Christian faith and role model
- Ability to work closely with the Senior Pastor Empower children and youth to deepen their faith through dedicated leadership and service at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church.
