Represent

Bombardier before various administrative bodies, including mediations and arbitrations. Provide training to internal teams.



Travel outside the province and the country may sometimes be required. You have at least five (5) of relevant experience in the field, both in unionized and non-unionized environments, preferably with experience within a corporate legal department.

You have excellent command of both French and English, both spoken and written. A degree in Common Law or membership in the Ontario Bar would be an asset.

Experience in occupational health & safety and/or data privacy would be an asset.
