6+ years of retail planning experience spanning Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Space Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment, with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end planning transformations

Deep functional expertise in the Retail and Consumer Products sectors, including exposure to grocery, mass, specialty, or apparel formats and their distinct planning operating models

Hands-on implementation experience with leading retail planning and planning solutions such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, or SAP, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration oversight, and go-live support

Proven ability to lead client-facing engagement teams, manage senior stakeholder relationships up to the VP/CxO level, and drive change adoption across merchandising, supply chain, and store operations

Track record of business development contribution, including proposal development, RFP responses, and identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts

French is required to serve Quebec-based clients and comply with provincial language expectations

Willingness to travel within Quebec and across Canada
